Save the World Cup : Change the Jabulani

As football/soccer fans we know that something is definitely wrong with the World Cup so far. FIFA are allowing ADIDAS, for commercial reasons only, to ruin what should be a fantastic spectacle. I feel let down, frustrated and short-changed by what has been served up so far and I've not paid a penny. To be a supporter who has saved for 4 years, taken time away from work & family commitments to watch this drivel is just taking the piss.

          As usual we are all supposed to sit back and take it, hoping that the problem will just somehow go away. When outfield players, managers AND goalkeepers are complaining then surely it is time for FIFA and ADIDAS to take notice and change things before it's too late. As it stands the only memorable moments from this World Cup will be the Jabulani ball and the Vuvezela horns.

          There has been no fantastic free kicks scored: just endless shots fired over the bar. No long range goals leaving the keeper no chance: just keepers left to look stupid by the flight of this ball with shots they would normally save. Defenders misjudging the flight of the ball & wingers who can't cross the thing.

            I have NEVER opened or begun one of these petitions before but somehow wanted to register my disgust and frustration with what we've seen so far. There was no petition I could sign for so created this, I don't do Facebook, Twitter or any of that shit so am hoping that people will find this petition by searching the way I did, but this time there will be something to sign. It won't do a blind bit of difference signing up but it does allow you to vent the anger and realise that you ARE right and THEY are wrong.
