BRONGLAIS HOSPITAL PETITION/DEISEB YSBYTY BRONGLAIS

We, the undersigned call upon the Hywel Dda Health Board to review and alter their plans for all services at Bronglais District General Hospital.

Adults and children of Mid Wales deserve excellent health care services. Bronglais Hospital is the key to delivering accessible services to this population.

Whilst welcoming the Minister’s recent statement concerning the allocation of £38 million to Bronglais, we would urge that such a development welcome though it is must always be seen as against the disinvestment in Bronglais over the last few years.

We need immediate action to stop the erosion of services in Mid Wales.

Rydym ni sydd â’n henwau isod yn galw ar Fwrdd Iechyd Hywel Dda  i adolygu a diwygio eu cynlluniau ar gyfer holl wasanaethau  Ysbyty Cyffredinol Bronglais.

Mae oedolion a phlant Canolbarth Cymru yn haeddu gwasanaethau gofal iechyd o’r radd flaenaf. Ysbyty Bronglais yw’r allwedd i ddarparu gwasanaethau hygyrch i’r boblogaeth hon.

Tra’n croesawu datganiad diweddar y Gweinidog ynglŷn â buddsoddiad o £38 miliwn ar gyfer Bronglais, rhaid edrych arno yng ngoleuni diffyg buddsoddi  ym Mronglais dros y blynyddoedd diwethaf.

Mae angen gweithredu ar unwaith i atal erydiad gwasanaethau yng Nghanolbarth Cymru.

Mae angen cynnydd yn nifer y gwelyau ac adeiladu tair theatr llawdriniaeth newydd sy’n cwrdd â safonau modern er mwyn darparu  mynediad lleol i Iawdriniaeth brys a llawdriniaeth ddewisol diogel,  gofal trawma,  orthopaedeg a gofal mamolaeth gyda chefnogaeth pediatrig llawn yng Nghanolbarth Cymru.
