WHEREAS: The United States Congress has taken it upon itself to pass the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act.
WHEREAS: The Act authorizes the CIA and other intelligence agencies to investigate American Citizens and deprives them of their Constitutional Rights to Legitimate Political Dissent, Freedom of Speech, Religion, Press and protections against Unreasonable Search and Seizure.
WHEREAS: Existing Laws already prohibit the illegal activities the law claims to address.
WHEREAS: Due Process guarantees that no property shall be taken without a trial before peers and no person shall be subject to search or monitoring without a Judicial Order.
WHEREAS: Richard Nixon was prosecuted for using the CIA to investigate his political opponents, and forced to resign his office.
WE PETITION: President Barack Obama to VETO this legislation.
WE FURTHER PETITION: IN the event of the Executive signing this Bill into Law, that Congress would repeal this Legislation as Unconstitutional and Tyrannical. A threat to legitimate political dissent, whistleblowers and others that peacefully disagree with their government.
WE FURTHER PETITION: That Congress investigate Anonymous for connections to the intelligence agencies as a "False Flag" operation being used to threaten internet freedom.
WE FURTHER PETITION: That any member of the Judiciary at the Federal Level would act to nullify this legislation if it becomes law.
