HELP FOR COREY HOOKER

Corey hooker has Chronic lung disease ,chronic anemia , short bowel syndrome, serve develop mental delay , severe learning difficulties due to bleed on the brain, deaf mute , Corey had Mobility car which helped him get to appointments, school, anywhere he needed to go for medical reasons and personal reasons he had the car for 6 years and is now 9 years old.

Due to government changes corey has now lost his mobility car ,as they are saying he does not need it dispite letters from health vistor , peadiatrition, social services and community nurse saying he does need it.

If you are ever lucky enough to meet corey he is a wounderful outgoing boy who loves local community events but due to corey losing his mobility car on 17th April 2012 he has not been able to attend local community events and stopping him from socialising which he soo much loves to do .

Please can you show your support for Corey and his family who live local to Mountain Ash who so badly desperatly need his mobility car as he is being kept away from the things he loves.
