“I pledge to oppose Political Correctness in my constituency and, if elected, in Parliament."

This pledge is only for Parliamentary Candidates and is a public record of their views on political correctness for the electorate to see.

If you are not a Parliamentary Candidate but want to register your opposition to political correctness you can sign the Campaign Against Political Correctness petition by clicking here.

In an ICM poll, 80% of people said that they were fed up with political correctness and we know that it is something the people of Britain want their MPs to tackle.

The following previously elected MPs have already signed the pledge:

Graham Brady (Altrincham and Sale West), Dominic Grieve (Beaconsfield), Ann Winterton (Congleton - retiring), Andrew Turner (Isle of Wight), Jeffrey Donaldson (Lagan Valley), Ann Widdecombe (Maidstone and The Weald - retiring), Mark Francois (Rayleigh), James Dudderidge (Rochford and Southend East), Andrew Rosindell(Romford), Sir Patrick Cormack (Staffordshire South - retiring) and Tim Loughton (Worthing East and Shoreham).

Philip Davies (Shipley) has been the Parliamentary Spokesman for the Campaign Against Political Correctness since he was elected to Parliament in 2005 and David Davies (Monmouth) has always been an outspoken critic of political correctness.

Please use the location box to list your constituency and the notes box to set out which party you are standing for.  Your e-mail address is for verification only and will not be publicly displayed!
