Baruch Hashem! Eliel Tessler has been released to the care of his mother, Sophia 2 weeks before Rosh Hashana 5771. Mazel tov!

8 year old immigrant to Israel, Eliel Tessler, was kidnapped from his home in Ramot Dalet in the middle of the night on the eve of the Sabbath, Friday, 23rd of April 2010 by 6 policeman, under a false charge of child abuse.
Eliel, a religious Orthodox Jewish boy, has since been confined to an abusive home for children in Neve Michael in Pardes Hanna, since then. He has been physically and mentally abused by the kids in the institution and by the institution itself.
Eliel has not been able to observe Shabbat and Kashrut to the level that he was used to because these things are not so important at Neve Michaels. Under his parents loving care, Eliel was able to study Torah with several distinguished Rabbis of his community, including Rabbi Ari Kahn of Aish HaTorah (aish.com). Under Neve Michaels where he is being held captive, his Torah education is diminished to zero.
Help Eliel to exercise his religious rights and his civil rights to freedom in this holy land of Israel. Please join us to seek the release and justice for Eliel, and compensation from the State of Israel for the abuse of this boy and his family.
Please daven to Hashem for the welfare of this boy, Eliel ben Sophia.
