Glasgow Caledonian University students want a bar on campus

We the undersigned demand a bar on campus at Glasgow Caledonian University. In order to achieve this we demand a student wide electronically held referendum posing the following question, to be held before the end of Semester A 2012/13.
"Should your students association launch and maintain a bar and/or club on campus as a matter of priority in the coming academic year?"
