Bank Ignores Father's dieing wish!!

Herman Benish was a good man , proud of his kids. Like any Father he took out a loan to help his daughter with her first house. His daughter has always been responsible for the monthly payments.
Herman Benish has passed away.. We pray that the Good Lord keeps him.
However, Wells Fargo is now foreclosing on Herman Benish's daughters home. Bonnie Jepson, Herman Benish's daughter , is getting her monthly mortgage payments returned to her. They have refused to acknowledge Mr Benish's will and final wish. They have ignored a request to assume the loan ... Wells Fargo wants to add to the grief of this family by evicting them from the home .
We plead that you sign our petition asking the Bank to reconsider and allow this family to legally assume the loan and continue monthly payments. Don't let this Bank blindly foreclose home after home without considering the families they displace .. Don't let them destroy a Fathers will and wish.
