KEEP JAMES SHORE IN AUSTRALIA

James Shore is a 23 year old man from the Uk who has come to Australia to live with his Family who are residents of Aust ralia but has now been told but the Australian Immigration Department that he will have to leave.

Please take this into consideration when placing your name down on this online pettition.

JAMES is 23 left school at 16 years of age to join the British Army to help defend and fight with Australia in the Afganistan and Iraq wars. Now the immigration department have said that due to leaving school at 16 he is not educated enough ( I would like to think think that entering the Australian Army is not the end to your education) They have also said that he is not financially independent and therefore has to leave Australia and go back to the uk to re-apply for a visa.  He has no one over in the uk in which he can stay with while he waits for his visa application to be processed.  

James can get work and has a job lined up, James parents are residents and have been for a number of years now. He has seen more things at WAR then most off will ever see in a life time. He has served and done more for Australia than most of us will ever do in a life time. He is courageous and willing to put his life on the line in order to make the world a better place. He has a place to live and is asking nothing from us except to be with his family.

In Australia we open our arms to allow Queue jumping illegal immigrants by the boat load in. Yet we will not allow this one law abiding man a future asset to our country to stay with his family.

Where is the Justice in This!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   PLEASE HELP JAMES STAY IN AUSTRALIA
