Missing Billy Davies Memorial Garden/Land

Please can you sign and share this petition to help secure a small plot of waste land , in the small village of Perthcelyn near to where billy grew up . So the family are able to have a memorial garden for some closure to this LONG search for billy .
this memorial garden will help the family and friends of billy davies because it will provide them with somewhere to go and remember billy and also will bring community closer in the way of looking after the plot and this will also boost community spirit as they will be proud to have the memorial garden in the village so close to billy's family.
William, Known mostly as billy to his friends and family, went missing on the evening of 18th february 1997 official declared missing on the 19th february 1997. he went out near his home in Perthcelyn , Mountain Ash ,South Wales and did not return home. His family and friends have not heard a word from him since .
Billy was feared dead in 1997 and no one has had any contact with him since. Police have closed the case and wont re-open at this present time .
