Liberty Investigation into Ergun Caner

We the undersigned believe that the Liberty University\'s recently announced conclusion of its investigation into the actions of one of its professors, Ergun Mehmet Caner, was insufficient in its details to allay the concerns of students, parents, and concerned Christian, and non-Christian observers. We believe that the allegations made against Ergun, that he protractedly, sensationalized his conversion story, life history, need to be addressed for our continued confidence in both Ergun\'s and Liberty University\'s accountability.

For example, we are concerned that allegations that Ergun falsely claimed that he was a trained Jihadi, that he can speak in Arabic, and that he incorrectly claimed to be an experienced debater, remain outstanding.
