Bring back the Death Penalty in South Africa for murderers and child rapists!!!

Please, I BEG every single South African Citizen regardless of race and age to sign this petition...
Every day more and more people in South Africa are becoming victims of hidious crimes. People are being murdered in cold blood and kids and even infants are being raped.
Well what's stopping offenders from committing these unthinkable crimes? Nothing, if caught they spend a few years in jail and then get released back into society so they can just do it again!
Capital Punishment is currently unconstitutional in South Africa and we need to change that.
Paying taxes in order for our Judicial System to send them to prison where our tax money pays for the food, shelter, medication and education (that most of our law abiding citizens can't even afford due to ridiculously high costs) of the monsters who kill our loved ones and rape our children should be UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!
