No to New Co "Rangers" in 1st Division

We the undersigned are supporters of teams within scottish football and we believe that any new company wishing to operate a football club should have to apply to join the Scottish Football league at the level of the 3rd Division. We believe that any league restructuring should not take place in order to allow a new company to operate a football club in the 1st Division.
