Orem City Tax Increase & Center for Story

The Orem City Council will be voting whether or not to raise your property taxes 47%  August 14.  2012.  That’s about $100 a year.  The Utah Attorney General won’t let us put this opinion question on the ballot.  Our only avenue is to put pressure NOW on the four council members up for election next year.  We have one councilman opposed to the tax increase.   We need three more.  Please sign this petition to the Orem City Council urging them to VOTE NO NEW TAXES.
