Private car access to Park Island for residents

This is a petition to the Hong Kong Government requesting it to conduct a trial allowing residents of Park Island, Ma Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, to enter and park private vehicles on Ma Wan Island.
We call on the Hong Kong Government to carefully consider the wishes of Park Island residents who no longer want to be restricted to public transportation options (bus, taxi and ferry) but rather want to have the option and freedom of private car access.
Our proposal is that car access and car parking would be limited to Park Island residents, and that car parking would be in the vancant land area under the bridge that connects to Ma Wan, (with cars not permitted to access the roads in or around the Park Island estate).
