Change Rugby League International Eligibility Rules

Dear Rugby League International Federation (RLIF) Member Nations. 

We here ask you review and vote to change the current International Rugby League Eligibility Criteria. The current Eligibility Criteria is damaging international rugby league at all levels and is confusing and turning fans away. 

England, Australia and New Zealand must stop poaching players from each other and emerging  nations. Emerging nations like Fiji, Wales etc should be given more international games and players encouraged to commit to these nations for life.

It's time to take international rugby league seriously.
