Save The Hoe Centre

We agree that the Hoe Centre formerly the NAAFI building on Notte Street should be listed and protected from demolition. Plymouth City Council must issue a Building Preservation Notice as soon as possible to prevent the further demolition of the Hoe Centre.

The application to list was made on Monday 12th July and is supported by the Twentieth Century Society and SAVE Britain’s Heritage.

We urge in the strongest terms that the council review its position on the NAAFI building immediately and takes appropriate action in order to avoid the embarrassment of having a potential listed building demolished.
