Dear Friends

our dearest alma mater St.Anthony's College, Kandy is in dire straits. I don’t know how many of you are aware of the current situation. Rev. Fr.B.K.Titus H. Rodrigo OSB has continuously made administrative blunders which has led to the downfall of the education, sports, English standards and the much spoken about the magnificent discipline of the college students. Even there are rifts amongst staff members. Most of the staff members and students are demotivated and the overall standard of the college has deteriorated to unimaginable levels. Racism, Corruption has lifted its ugly head inside the college. There are even allegations of sexual harassment by some administrators.

Therefore, it is time that we, the ardent lovers of St.Anthonys College join forces to urge the higher authorities to remove the present principal and replace him with a catholic priest, a catholic priest to be appointed by the bishop of the Kandy diocese. This petition will be forwarded to the bishop of Kandy, Father Prior of the OSB, Arch Bishop and Rev.Fr.,Stephen Abraham(past principal), Rev.Fr. Hilarion Fernando(past principal).

We kindly urge you to kindly sign this petition and contribute towards redeeming the lost prestige of our great school.
