As you may know, I was fortunate enough to be able to do my work experience at BBC Switch, and it was AMAZING. I learnt so much about writing and broadcasting, and I had loads of fun meeting Master Shortie, and going to the 5:19 Prom with JLS! I've since been back and had the opportunity to meet more people such as Ke$ha and N-Dubz. But the BEST people at BBC Switch are no doubt the staff, who work endlessly to bring us the best entertainment, and now the BBC wants to axe them?! They're the only part of the BBC which caters for teens, by providing radio, web and television content.
Seriously, all they need is a better Saturday slot and more publicity, so please sign the petition below, and help Save Switch!
