Thank you for clicking on my petition! The reason I have chosen The Blue Cross to do my advocacy on is because I feel very strongly on any issue to do with animals. Abuse towards animals is just wrong - it is just like towards humans, but animals can't fight back.
Also, The Blue Cross deal with multiple things to do with animals! Not only do they provide a pet adoption service but they also help with grievance issues, they re-home animals, have four animal hospitals across the UK, AND that have specialists in animal behaviour and activity. So, as you can see, they aren't just another one of those 'animal charities' who specialise in re-homing dogs, they'll take anything, from hamsters to horses!
Below is a study of a cat The Blue Cross have helped get a better life;
Chloe is a cat who is a 12 year old female. She was bought to The Blue Cross after her previous owner had died. She is a jolly character and knows what she wants! Chloe has lead a tough life, with four previous owners, three of them physically abusing her. Her last owner only got Chloe because she wanted a friend in her final weeks, so she hasn't had a stable home for months. Poor Chloe doesn't really know a good life.
