MA Striped Bass Conservation 2013

Given that during the past five years the scientific data from NOAA shows that:

• The Atlantic Coast recreational catch of striped bass has declined 73% and  


• The MA catch declined 87% during the same period.

We the undersigned request the MA Division of Marine Fisheries to reduce the 2013 harvest of wild striped bass in Massachusetts state waters by at least 50% in both the recreational and commercial wild striped bass fisheries.
