UNAUTHORIZED PROJECT WHICH ENDANGERED BUSINESS OWNER. Was this an attempt to take power or destroy someone who knew too much. Even still, it's illegal and entrapment and they should do time for it. The Southeast Law Enforcement Alliance Project (SELEAP) in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia consolidates the knowledge of the federal, state, county and municipal law enforcement community from Kings Bay, Georgia through Jacksonville to the Gainesville, Florida area. This effort maximizes the benefits of the individual agencies efforts at gathering, collating and analyzing data to enable the entire law enforcement community to better address the threats from terrorist and criminal organizations in areas where the United States Navy has considerable strategic equities. This effort transcends state lines and enhances the ability of law enforcement to more effectively connect the dots, providing for better security of those assets, supporting preventive, investigative and enforcement activities, while enhancing overall public safety. Currently, there are 58 participating agencies.
Ask yourself, how does a person with an upstanding reputation, end up a criminal after starting their business. Simple. Illegal politics and persecution on a local level linked to elite corruption on all levels including police, media, entertainment, church, state, military, etc. It's all linked together. Help us expose this unauthorized project and hold the persons accountable who are responsible for the wreckless endangerment of the Petitioner, their staff, family, and friends.

FBI Announces Operational Status of its National Information Sharing System Washington , DC -- The FBI announced today further implementation of the National Information Sharing Strategy (NISS). Within the NISS framework, the first Regional Data Exchange, or R-DEx, became operational in St. Louis during the last week of February, 2005. Late this summer, R-DEx will link with the Naval Criminal Investigative Services' Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX), which serves as the Seattle region's NCIS and local and regional law enforcement sharing system. The FBI's Chief Information Officer, Zalmai Azmi, stated: "One of the strongest defenses the United States has in our efforts against terrorism is to ensure that law enforcement agencies have the information they need to detect and prevent possible threats. R-DEx is a major step towards the goal of open information sharing between law enforcement agencies across the country. The FBI will continue to increase access between R-DEx and other regional state, local and tribal law enforcement systems." http://www.ncis.navy.mil/linx/florida_georgia.html http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/endracialprofiling/ http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/declarationofindependence/ http://www.petition.fm/petitions/freedomtocompeteinfl http://www.radioproject.org/2009/08/breaking-through-the-blue-wall-of-silence/ Who polices the police? Do you or your neighbors have any say in the way your town’s cops and sheriffs do business? For more than 35 years, cities around the country have been creating civilian oversight agencies – trying to make local police and sheriffs accountable to the communities they serve. On this edition, producer Andrew Stelzer takes a look at the ongoing battle between the people and the police – and the debate over who gets to decide when an officer has done something wrong. This program was a special collaboration between
The FBI plans to further enhance R-DEx through the addition of DEA, ATF, US Marshals, and Bureau of Prison investigative data. R-DEx will serve as the first of several systems contributing Department of Justice's Law Enforcement Information Sharing Program (LEISP). R-DEx will give state, local, and tribal law enforcement appropriate access to federal investigative and intelligence information that is critical to protecting our nation. R-DEx provides detectives, investigators, and analysts the ability to view the linkage across multiple cases and their jurisdictions. These links include individuals, vehicles, weapons, addresses, phone numbers or other types of links. The new program also allows cases to be plotted on to maps in order to identify geographical patterns or links.

As the FBI celebrates its 100th anniversary, the Jacksonville Division is pleased to be commemorating 50 years of service to the citizens of North Florida and the Panhandle.
An FBI Agent unearths materials buried by the Nazi saboteurs in 1942
The modern-day Division was created in 1958, but the Jacksonville office existed as a field office from 1924 to 1937. It was then consolidated into the Miami Division as a resident agency until 1957, when Florida’s judicial districts were reorganized. In its earliest days as a resident agency in the Miami Division, Jacksonville agents played a role in apprehending a group of Nazi saboteurs during World War II. In June 1942, two groups of saboteurs came ashore in the United States after being dropped off by German submarines. The first group landed in Long Island, the second in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. FBI agents from Jacksonville located explosives and supplies the Nazis had buried on the beach, then developed information to help track them to Chicago and New York, where they were arrested within days. http://foia.fbi.gov/foiaindex/foiaindex.htm The FBI Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Reading Room is located within the J. Edgar Hoover Building at FBI Headquarters, Washington, D.C. Thousands of pages of frequently requested FBI documents that have been released under the provisions of the FOIA are stored in the Reading Room. http://foia.fbi.gov/foiaindex/short_e.htm Elizabeth Ann Short, also known as, the Black Dahlia was born on July 29, 1924, at Hyde Park, Massachusetts. Short was murdered on January 14, 1947. Her mutilated body was found in a vacant lot in a residential area of Los Angeles, CA. Short was identified through the FBI Identification Division files. Numerous persons were questioned in the murder of Short, but her killer was never found. http://foia.fbi.gov/foiaindex/massacre.htm (source for the information below-please see the link for the complete research file).
St. Valentine's Day Massacre
107 pages
This file recounts information concerning the murders of seven members of the Bugsy Moran gang on February 14, 1929. During this time period, there was no Federal law which would permit the FBI to investigate, therefore, the Chicago Police Department conducted the investigation.
The FBI has converted many of these documents to an electronic format (PDF) and they may be viewed on this website. The documents available in the Reading Room are listed below, with those available on-line hyperlinked (underlined). In the case of voluminous pages, only summaries or excerpts from the documents are on-line.

The Unauthorized Project
Randolph, a local new business owner in Jacksonville, Fl. has had to endure many interruptions since beginning her business including multiple car accidents in areas where there was no traffic, physical and verbal assaults from pedestrians, civilians, police, court appointees, etc. as a method of intimidation due to the nature of her publication business which provides a platform for persons from various ethnicities and cultures a place to present their ideas, music, reviews, etc. It is now known that the magazine was not wanted, either due to concerns of competition for the other local publications in Jacksonville, or because of issues of racial and ethnic and cultural discrimination as no other person has endured the level of persecution that Randolph and her employees have. It is rumoured that the project was mainly led via JSO and local city government offices as well as the DCSB, various churches, etc. and was suppose to be a method of communication of information to the project participants however,Randolph knew nothing of the project and is still researching the accounts of various witnesses. It is rumoured that the project was a retaliated measure derived via Mayor Peyton's office in retaliation of a complaint which was submitted via the local ethics office, as well as Internal Affairs and the States Atty's. office and can be directly linked to black balling from a past employer Randolph had which was Flytele located on Belfort Rd.
To the knowledge of some witnesses the project, was supposedly produced to educate, inform, and persuade the subjects to believe the same as the project creators and involved acts of various cruelties at a police level including police harassment in person and via the telephone, tampering of accounts-business and personal, sexual assaults, and insults too graphic to disclose at this time, illegal dealings involving various state offices which will be revealed later however, proved to be an assassination of the business owner and their associates in effort to destroy any future business dealings locally, and even nationally. Clearly this business had to be a threat for a person to go to such a level as this or it was a blatant example of racism at an elite level and those involved should be held accountable.
Randolph states she or her staff never received a response to any of their claims filed and this was an attempt to assasinate the claimants in effort to cover the illegal and criminal activities of the local police and local Florida officials. According to the testimony and tips of witnesses in Jacksonville, a well known entertainer may be involved in this conspiracy, however, we are unable to divulge this information until more information is revealed. Based on the testimony of multiple witnesses, this person has or had a personal vendetta against the owner of SS and were more than happy to assist the police although, the owner is not a criminal and had never previously been in trouble with the local authorities. Sources also link this issue to local vets, contractors, etc.
Randolph and staff are seeking monetary damages in the figures of 35,000.000.000+.
If you are a victim, or supporter of this project and could provide us with more information, please contact us via this network of email at legal@showstoppamagazine.com
When you sign this petition you are supporting efforts for civil rights organizers to review and properly assess this project and situation via allowing our subpoena of this information from local government offices. We need your support so this claim can be looked into and not brushed under the rug. This is serious and we believe this is an opportunity to create a safer, and more equal playing field for minoritiy business owners in Jacksonville as Randolph has witnessed many of her entertainment business friends go through a similar process.
Thank you.
