D_invader for Twitch.tv partnership

So guys apparently i do not meet the requirements for a partnership with twitch which is quite amazing since apparently other ppl (www.twitch.tv/hobo_eliminater) with a 3rd of my followers who pull in 5-30 viewers a time are good enough but I am not, even though I often host tournaments and pay for prizes out of my own pocket which i cant really afford to do but i continue to do so cause im passionate about Dark Souls PVP!
Now i wouldnt expect to get much from ad revenue anyway and certainly wont be spamming ads every 30 mins like some channels do but for 1 its the principle of being told that encoding options are resource intensive and reserved for people with an "already strong" viewer base and then seeing them accept people with virtually no viewers, and for 2 any money i did get i could put back into my stream in the form of prizes etc for the tournaments i run (which twitch does not seem to want to support) and maybe also random giveaways also maybe even making the quality of my stream better in the long run.
