We, the undersigned workers in the Parole Outpatient Clinic are members of AFSCME Local 2620, Bargaining Unit 19. We demand that CalHR negotiate Wave II layoffs and related plans with the AFSCME representatives of our choosing. We specifically demand the that the State recognize Senior Business Agent, Cliff Leo Tillman, Jr., as Lead Negotiator regarding these layoffs, and that members from all four Parole regions be selected through a democratic and transparent process.
