June favazza-I support this bill because the econimy is so bad that most of my tenants could not afford their rents to be raised, even a little. I
André Bournival-I support this bill. Retrofitting a building can and would be overwhelming.

wm drewGilford NHI support this bill. The cost of a retrofitting a building with a sprinkler system is extremely expensive. I know I could not afford to even consider it. I dont understand why multifamily units are being targeted. Hardwired smoke detectors in every unit is sufficient.

Francis GauthierClaremont, NHOwners of smaller multi-family dwellings just can't afford the cost of installing a fire sprinker system. We own two 2-family buildings. Such a requirement would destroy us financially.

C WorsmanBelmontPlease support this bill. Lately, every bill being proposed by the legislature has and does cost New Hampshire residents & business real money. Common sense must return to Concord. This is a good start.
