Article 35 c. in the policy of Safad ( ISRAEL ) College Student Union, presents a clear and brutal discrimination against Arab students who study at the college.
Additionally, it violates the principle of equal rights and human dignity, by not allowing Arab students to apply for the Student Union presidency, and Preventing both Arab and Jewish students from voting for an Arab candidate

Article 35 c. (Quoted from the new policy):

C. The student Union president candidate would have served at least 24 months in military service, national service or another civil service recognized by the Israeli official bodies.
