Petition to shorten the time between trades in Zim Bear league

This is a petition signed by the owners of the Yahoo! league "Zim Bear" for the trade policy to be changed from a four day waiting period to one. Once the required amount of signatures is reached, the petition will then be forwarded to the commissioner of the league.
