• You agree that you will not post information that is slanderous, libelous, nor may it promote hate, violence, or illegal activity in any country.
• You will not use the service for chain letters, junk mail, spamming or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process.
• You may not impersonate any individual or group, real or fictitious, if asked to provide personally identifying information.
• You agree that you will not hold PetitionBuzz or its operators responsible for any damages that may result from direct or indirect usage of this website, or for any other operations of this website.
• You acknowledge that there is no guarantee as to the suitability of this website for any specific purpose.
• Please check these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. The Terms and Conditions may change at any time without notification.

2. User Agreement

• You must understand and agree to this User Account Agreement to create and use a User Account on PetitionBuzz.
• You may not use the User Account for illegal activity.
• You must provide a valid email address when registering for the User Account. You may provide only your own email address, and not the email address of another person or group.
• You may not impersonate any individual or group, real or fictitious, if asked to provide personally identifying information.
• You agree to receive email if the need should arise to contact you about usage or status of your User Account.
• You agree that you will not hold PetitionBuzz or its operators responsible for any damages that may result from direct or indirect usage of any User Account, or for any other operations of this website.
• You agree that any User Account may be deactivated at any time at the sole discretion of the website's operators, without justification or notification.
• You acknowledge that there is no guarantee as to the suitability of the User Account for any specific purpose.
• A member's email address will never be displayed publicly by PetitionBuzz. PetitionBuzz has a strict privacy policy.
• This User Account Agreement may change at any time without notification.

3. Petition Posting Agreement

• Before posting a petition, you must understand and agree to this Petition Posting Agreement.
• Before posting a petition, you must create an account with your email address. When providing any identifying information, you may not impersonate any individual or other entity, real or fictional.
• There is no express or implied warranty about the suitability or functionality of this website or associated services.
• You agree to indemnify the website operators for any damages, either direct or indirect, from petitions that are posted on this site, that are not posted on this site, that are removed from this site, or by any and all operations of this website.
• The contents of your petition must not be defamatory, libelous, or slanderous. It must not be intended and likely to produce lawless action in any country. It must not contain vulgarity, profanity, or obscenity.
• The operators of this website may remove any petition that, in the site operator's sole judgment and without justification or notification, does not meet the requirements of this agreement or is otherwise unsuitable for this site.
• Postings must be in the form of a serious petition. White papers, monologues, manifestos, and other documents may be rejected. Also, silly or frivolous petitions may be rejected.
• The website operators reserve the right to reject petitions substantially identical to petitions already posted on the site.
• Petitions or other information provided on this website may be removed to comply with this Petition Posting Agreement.
• The signatures on petitions posted on this site are not guaranteed to be legally valid signatures which would be recognized as a proof of identity by any government or other organization.
• The operator of this website will not deliver signatures to their intended recipients. The person(s) who post any petition are responsible for delivering the signatures to their intended recipients. All of the signatures can be collected by accessing the petition through the user account under which the petition was created.
• You agree to receive email from PetitionBuzz relating to the petitions that you post on this website.
• This Petition Posting Agreement may change at any time without notification.

4. Your privacy matters

• We have a pretty simple privacy policy. We are reasonably sure this won't piss anyone off.
• The entry of personal data on this site is almost optional and will require you to setup an account with a name, password, email and country.
• Please choose a password that is not easy for someone else to guess, such as birthday, national identification number and phone number.
• An email address is required during signup. We won't pass your email address on to anyone.
• We believe in privacy and therefore will take all reasonable measures to ensure that your personally identifiable information remains private. However, in the event that we are forced to disclose personally identifiable information by law (i.e. by court order), we will make such a disclosure without being in violation of this Policy.

• PetitionBuzz endeavors to protect the security of your information as much as we endeavor to protect our own information and network. We employ firewalls and store all of our files and information on secure locations. In addition, all user passwords are protected by encryption technology.

6. Premium Services

• This section refers to the Premium Services.
• Premium Services are available for individuals of 13 years or older. If you are 13 or older but under the age of 18, you should review these terms with your parent or guardian.
• Due to the immediate and intangible nature of the Premium Services, once you have paid for the service you will be unable to cancel the membership or receive a refund.
• PetitionBuzz reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Premium Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Where PetitionBuzz cancels the Premium Services due to no fault of yours and the services do not resume, PetitionBuzz will provide a refund of any subscription fees which relate to any period of time after the cancellation.
• PetitionBuzz may terminate or suspend your subscription in its discretion at any time in accordance with the Terms of Use or if:
  • Your payment method or details are invalid or rejected by PayPal for any reason;
  • You charge back to your credit or debit card the subscription fees due;
  • You breach, or PetitionBuzz suspects you have breached, these terms or PetitionBuzz’s Terms of Use.
  If your subscription is terminated for any of the 3 reasons set out above, you will not be entitled to a refund.

7. Advertisements

• You agree to have advertisements on your petition (unless, of course, when having an active Premium Services account).
• All of our advertisements are needed to operate this site.
• We use Google™ AdSense to serve ads when you visit our website. Companies like Google may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
